How do I order a brochure?
It’s easy.
- Select the brochure and quantity you want and send it to your shopping cart. Complete the checkout process by giving us your shipping and billing information.
- Read through a pdf version of the brochure to determine if you want to make any copy changes. You’ll have the opportunity to include those changes as you complete your order, or later after we contact you.
- Send us your company name, logo, website, and customer contact phone number the way you want it printed on the brochure. You’ll have the opportunity to include that as you complete your order, or later after we contact you.
- After we receive your order, we’ll contact you to confirm. We’ll ask for any copy changes and your name, logo, website and customer contact number if you haven’t already given us that information.
- We’ll send you a pdf proof of your brochure.
- You email us your okay.
- We print and ship to you about six to seven days after we get your okay on our pdf proof.
What if I don’t find the topic I need?
Ask us. After creating bill inserts for 15 years, we have plenty of ideas and probably have a marketing piece already developed to meet your needs. If not, we can create one for you.
What kind of logo do I need to send you?
Your logo needs to be of printable quality. The best way to send your logo is in an electronic file in one the following file formats: .jpg, .tif, .pdf, or .eps. Your black and white or color logo must be 300 dpi, with a finished size no larger than two to three inches in width. Logos in spot color will be converted to CMYK for printing.
If you do not have an electronic version of your logo, we can scan in your logo from your letterhead or another document. The logo must be one-inch in size, clearly printed, and preferably on a white background. If there is any manipulation or reconstruction of the logo due to poor quality, there will be additional costs.
(If you send a poorly printed or low res logo we will reproduce it to the best of our ability.)
Can you match PMS (Pantone Matching System) colors from my logo?
All files are converted to CMYK for 4-color process printing. Because of this process, colors will not be exact matches to PMS. If you require an exact color match, additional costs and deadlines will apply.
How can I use these marketing materials?
The materials are sized to conveniently fit in an envelope as a bill insert. You also can set them out for customers in your office, hand them out at community events, keep them on hand in your service vehicles or distribute them in numerous other ways.
Can I change the text in the brochures?
Yes, our materials are designed to meet your specific needs to inform your customers about a particular topic. Major revisions may incur an extra charge.
How do I pay for my brochures?
We will bill you as we ship your materials to you. We ask you to mail us a check within two weeks of the invoice date.
When do I get my marketing materials?
We will ship your materials about six to seven days after you okay the pdf proof. Unless you specify overnight shipping, the materials usually will take two to three business days for standard shipping.
How much will shipping cost?
We normally ship UPS, FedEx Freight, or local freight. Standard shipping costs depend on the number of brochures printed (weight) and your location. We normally ship UPS or through local freight, again depending on your location and the most economical way to get your materials to you. If you are concerned about shipping costs, we can give you an estimate when you place your order.
Can you translate a bill insert into Spanish?
Yes. We estimate it will cost about $200 to translate your brochure into Spanish and complete the new layout.
Can I reorder?
Definitely! We will keep your printing materials in our electronic files to make it easy for you to reorder.
Can I order a different quantity than what you have listed?
Yes. Email us the quantity you need and the materials you want and we will give you a cost for printing.
